Part of the challenge this year on The Block, is to work with the architect's exterior scheme from the very start!

The Block 2024 - TRUECORE® steel and COLORBOND® steel

COLORBOND® steel is featured from the very first episode of The Block this year. In the house decider challenge, contestants each select a penguin, with a COLORBOND® steel colour revealed on its back. This colour determines the roof of the house they'll be renovating over the next 12 weeks.

An exoskeleton was created for each pair of houses and demolished from within, leaving the frames of one BIG home.
