TRUECORE® steel is playing a major role on The Block in 2023. The Block is back and is sure to grab the attention of millions of viewers across Australia, and once again TRUECORE® steel is there in the thick of it.

This year, The Block is located in the family-friendly Melbourne bayside suburb of East Hampton, in the aptly named Charming Street. Five existing single-storey brick houses from the 1950s will be transformed into something special by five competitive teams.

With two storeys, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a studio granny flat and a two-car garage, and with each home showcasing a distinct architectural design - these homes promise to be truly exceptional.

We can’t wait to show you the spectacular results, including the upstairs addition to each of the existing dwellings. Using steel framing made from TRUECORE® for these second storeys was a huge advantage in getting it done quickly and efficiently.
